Sleep This Night is a deeply personal song that blends orchestral richness with heartfelt lyrics. Its delicate piano and sweeping strings create an atmosphere of reflection. Moreover, the message of peace resonates with listeners long after the music ends. I co-created this track with a talented team. Jolene, a gifted pianist, played a pivotal role in expanding the orchestral arrangement. What started as a 10-piece orchestral arrangement grew into a stunning 18-piece composition.

One of the unique aspects of Sleep This Night is its accessibility. I wanted to ensure this song could be experienced by everyone. That’s why I worked with the talented British Sign Language interpreter, Rebecca Anne Withey, whose work can be found at rawithey.com. Rebecca’s interpretation ensures that the deaf community can enjoy and connect with the music. Additionally, I’ve made a version with an audio description for those who are blind or have low vision. Special thanks to BlindNewWorld.org for their Instagram post last week, which introduced me to audio description. Inspired by their efforts to demystify blindness, I set about creating this third video version. This reflects my ongoing commitment to inclusivity.
